Our goal
Engine Arts, manufacturer of precision and high-efficiency engine parts
Engine Arts was started in 2010 by engineer Farzad Khalili Mehr with the aim of manufacturing high-performance and high-quality engine parts in a 50-meter workshop in Arak city. Initially, due to the lack of financial resources and the lack of required machinery, some of these requirements and requirements were produced in Lajur Company (a manufacturer of forklifts and cranes) and used to produce the first product, which was the Motor Pride Headers. The initial product had a simple design and excellent efficiency and quality, and was highly appreciated by enthusiasts. In the following years, headers for domestically produced cars, each according to the volume and power of the engine and its specific application, were designed and manufactured and made available to enthusiasts.
In 2013, the variety of products increased to 4 different products and the workshop was moved from Arak to Tehran and the Karaj Special Road. Since then, the variety of products and the number of machines and personnel have been expanding every year.
In 2015, the use of stainless steel as the primary material, manufactured by YC Taiwan, was put on the agenda, and the quality and durability of Engine Arts headers became higher than before, so much so that it was decided to provide a 5-year replacement warranty on stainless steel products.
In 2016, the import of machinery for the production of high-efficiency sports exhaust manifolds was put on the agenda, and with relentless efforts in manufacturing molds and setting up their production line, two years later, in 2018, the first example of such products, which was a complete exhaust for the 206 car, was produced and presented to the market. This event was a turning point in the production of factory-made sports exhausts made of stainless steel and the first in all Middle Eastern countries.
In 2019, by attracting several creative and aerospace engineering and mechanical engineering graduates from prestigious universities, Engine Arts' research and development department, which was managed by Engineer Khalili Mehr himself during the first 9 years, entered a more advanced and extensive phase than in the past, and the diversity and production technology improved significantly.
In 2020, in accordance with Engine Arts' mission and policy to produce high-efficiency engine parts, the first product was designed and manufactured for the air intake section of the 206 engine. This new Intec Manifold product was made of aluminum alloy metal and had higher efficiency than the similar plastic model, which was welcomed by tuners and went on the production line.
Our current mission for the coming years is to expand the quantity and quality of existing products, including various types of headers and high-efficiency exhaust systems, on the one hand, and on the other hand, we are working and investing in the design and manufacture of other tuning and engine enhancement parts, including various types of pistons, crankshafts, valve shafts, intake manifolds, etc.
We hope that in the next five to ten years we will achieve our main and long-term mission, which is to produce a complete engine that can be installed on a car. Of course, with this work, Iran will become a manufacturer of high-efficiency engines, and after that, the production and daily use of sports cars in competitions and on the road will become common and widespread, and we will be able to produce these cars at a much lower price and offer them in global markets.
